3. Orders and Payments All orders must be confirmed through call, WhatsApp, or our online form. A minimum order of 20 persons is required for catering and daig services. Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments must be made through approved methods (bank transfer, cash, or card, where available). Advance payment or a deposit may be required for large or customized orders.
4. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the delivery or event date. Refunds are only issued if the order is cancelled within the permitted timeframe. No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations, incorrect delivery addresses, or uncollected orders.
5. Delivery Policy Delivery is available within Manchester and nearby areas. Delivery charges may apply depending on distance and order size. We aim to deliver all orders on time, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen conditions.
6. Food Quality and Allergies All food is freshly prepared under hygienic conditions using 100% halal ingredients. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your order. While we take great care, we cannot guarantee that food is completely allergen-free.
7. Event and Catering Services For large events (e.g., weddings, corporate functions, family gatherings): Booking should be made at least one week in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your date. Final payment must be completed before or on the event day.
